WOW, just wow this is well AMAZING I'm seriously speechless and I have no Idea what to right about it
I LOVE the shading, dear god it's just fantastic, it's so life like. How did you manage to shade it like that? What brushes did you use? Scarlet looks so pretty and you've captured so much of her and her personality and I LOVE THE FACE ON HER, gosh it's so pretty ~
The background is simply awesome and you've so much detail in to it~!

Ps. I spoted 6 shadows
As for the hidden shadows! I'll let you in on their secret hiding places!
First the crow upper left corner between the trees,
The monster below it
Then the four eyed wolf below that
Then as the base of her cloak is another shadow creature rising from the ground
Then another one is on the other side of her cloak on the right bottom
Then deep in the forest are two other three eyed wolves above her right arm on the right side!!!

Tell me what your favorite part it?
For the shading the best tool for that is a digital painting program called SAI which is very easy to use and can recreate brushes that resemble water, oil, acrylic, pen, marker and you can adjust the density and strength in their effects. That really helps with blending things together to make it all come together for the shading.
Then to create even more shading, I brought it into Photoshop and upped the Contrast level and applied the Burn tool to bring out specific shadows.

Theres the crow on left, with a monster creature below it, and a three eyes wolf, at the hem of her cloak are two creatures coming up from the ground on either sides, then two more three eyes wolves at the right deep in the forest
